  2. Now boil 900ml of water over high heat until it boils. 
  3. Now add the chopped lemongrass to the boiling water, let it heat for 5 minutes, give it a stir, and let the heat be still high.
  4. Now add the solution to a cup using a mesh strainer, the lemongrass is edible but that makes the tea unpleasant.
  5. Let it cool for a bit, and you can add honey if you want it sweet. 
  6. You can also add ice cubes, or refrigerate them if you want iced tea.
